Here’s how to stay on track during this transition:

  1. Review the Resources:
    • Download and review the Welcome Information, FAQs, and Tax Portal Information Sheet
  2. Ensure We Have Up To Date Contact Information
    • To ensure we can provide you with the best service, we’d love to make sure the contact information we have on file is up to date. Keeping your details current allows us to stay in touch with important updates, provide you with future notifications and ensure seamless communication. The easiest way is by using our Update Contact Information form or you can call our email us to update.

  3. Come to our Meet & Greet! (January 18th 11am – 2pm)
    • Join us for an in-person Meet & Greet at your existing office!  No need to go somewhere new. This is a great opportunity to ask questions, meet your new support team, and learn more about the firm while we get to know more about you and your needs.   4. Wait for Your Portal Invitation

    • We’ll be sending invites to all new clients mid to late January to our secure Tax Portal for a more convenient and personalized tax season experience.

    • Review the Tax Portal Information Sheet for all the benefits! A special discount will be applied for all that join! More details coming soon.

  5. Check Your Mailbox (select clients)

    • While we think you’ll love our Tax Portal and all the benefits and convenience it offers, if you prefer having a paper organizer mailed to you, please call our office to inform us so we can have it sent or emailed to you. If you haven’t received your paper questionnaire by the end of January and would like one, call or email us so we can get it to you as soon as possible.
