At Tax & Accounting Solutions, we offer a variety of tax process methods to accommodate your preferences and ensure a seamless experience. Whether you’re local, out-of-state, or have limited availability, you’ll find an option that works best for you.
Requirements for Tax Preparation
Regardless of the method you choose, the following are required to begin:
- A completed Tax Packet for each account, including:
- Engagement Agreement
- Consent Form
- Taxpayer Questionnaire and/or Business Questionnaire (if applicable).
- ALL supporting tax documents (W-2, 1099s, etc)
- Authorization to E-File: Signature on e-file authorization forms is required.
- Payment: Payments can be made via Stripe, debit card, or credit card (3% fee applies for credit cards) or by personal or corporate checks.

Secure Tax Portal (Preferred Method)
Our secure Tax Portal is the fastest, safest, and most efficient way to complete your tax process. It allows for full digital access to your Tax Packet, real-time communication, and easy document submission. Review the Tax Portal Information Sheet for all the benefits!
IMPORTANT: For those filing jointly and wish to use the portal, we will need email addresses for each person signing the return. Use our Update Contact Information Form to make sure our records are updated.

- We’re also introducing automated Estimated Tax Payment reminders as part of our Tax Portal offering. Once your return is complete, you will receive reminders when your estimated tax payments are due. Never miss a payment again!
How It Works:

- Log into your secure portal. A personalized checklist and Tax Packet will already be available. No printing or bringing in documents is necessary.
- Upload your tax documents. As you upload, our portal will organize and mark items off your list for you! Once the document checklist is complete the questionnaire can be submitted and will let us know your tax return is ready to be processed.
- Review and e-sign your forms once your return is uploaded to your portal.
- Make your payment, and we’ll e-file your return.
If you haven’t received your invitation by the end of January or your activation link has expired please give us a call or email and we can send you a new one right away.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up
For clients who prefer to bring in their paper documents, you can drop off your Tax Packet at our normal office during regular business hours.
How It Works:

- Please wait to bring in your Tax Packet until you have all necessary documents included. Include a completed Questionnaire and signed Engagement and Consent Agreements.
- No need to schedule an appointment. You can come in and drop off during normal business hours.
- If you feel that it is necessary to go over your documents with us, please call us to schedule an appointment, availability is limited but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Once your return is ready we will give you a call to come in and sign your return or let us know if you’d like to e-sign.
